Greetings! I’m an architect with a 21-year legacy in Ukraine and 3 years of creative exploration in Italy, where I now reside. This site unveils my proudest works from both chapters of my career—enjoy the blend of styles and influences.

The office complex for the Golden Factory tile manufacturing plant comprises two distinct structures. One building is dedicated to exhibition halls, while the other accommodates office spaces and a multipurpose assembly hall.
Given the factory’s over 100-year history, the design adheres to the architectural heritage of Kharkiv, reflecting its historically established style. A prominent entrance arch serves as a unifying architectural element, visually and functionally connecting the two buildings.

The classical-style villa, typical of the Castelli Romani area, features a main hall with a fireplace, a dining room, and five bedrooms. The basement includes a wine cellar, a gym, and various utility rooms.

Located in the historic center of Kharkiv, directly opposite the city’s main Catholic Cathedral, this mixed-use residential building seamlessly integrates into the surrounding architectural context.
The ground floor is designated for retail spaces, activating the street frontage and enhancing the pedestrian experience. The upper floors accommodate residential apartments, offering a variety of layouts to suit different living needs.
Above the main cornice line, an additional residential level has been incorporated, featuring private terraces, which provide residents with exclusive outdoor spaces and panoramic views of the city.

Located in the Umbria region, near the town of Monte Castello di Vibio, this project features an entirely new reinforced concrete structure incorporating several fragments of walls from a partially ruined historic Casale, a typology characteristic of central Italy.
The complex consists of 13 apartments, a standalone kitchen with an integrated wine cellar, a caretaker’s residence for the groundskeeper and their family, as well as auxiliary buildings housing a gym, storage facilities, and a laundry area.
An outdoor swimming pool, along with its support facilities, including a lounge area and a shaded pergola, is situated separately within the estate.

The ten-story residential building is situated in Kharkiv’s business district, replacing a structure that was destroyed by bombing. The design includes an underground parking garage and a landscaped rooftop terrace, providing residents with a dedicated space for relaxation and social activities.

The multi-family residential building, located in the city center of Kharkiv along the Lopan River, is designed in a courtyard (perimeter block) configuration, creating a private inner courtyard for residents’ recreation. One façade faces the riverfront promenade, offering scenic views, while the opposite side overlooks the bustling Klochkivska Street.
The building features an underground parking facility, ensuring convenient access for residents. Apartments on the upper floors are designed with private terraces, enhancing outdoor living and providing panoramic views of the city and river.

This modern mixed-use building is situated in the historic center of Kharkiv, seamlessly integrating contemporary functionality with the surrounding architectural context.
The basement level accommodates a bar, designed as a social and entertainment hub. On the ground floor, carefully planned retail spaces with large display windows activate the street frontage, contributing to the vibrant pedestrian environment.
The upper floors are allocated for premium office spaces, offering flexible layouts suitable for a variety of businesses. These office units are available for lease and benefit from modern infrastructure, ample natural light, and convenient access to public transportation and urban amenities.
